This is U.S based hosting, with U.S based support. Wouldn't say its much of a bargain since US based webhosting gets discounted so often.
Well. AFAIK MoneyBackCo is hosted HostGator. Reasonably stable, but there has been quite a few bad/dodgy practices. Try search for "hostgator 404" on Google for more details.
