Best Way to Watch Al Jazeera, BBC News etc

Hi, I'm looking at getting a Nvidia Shield to watch content and was wondering if any apps allow you to watch TV stations like this? I know they're on Foxtel but any other options?

  Not sure if you can visit websites on the Shield, but you can stream Al Jazera from their homepage.

  If you don't want to faff with VPNs or DNS Proxies, the Flash News app ($8 per month) is going to be your best option. It has 20+ live channels, include Al J and BBC World News.
