Amazon USA Gift Cards

I want to send my sister some money as a gift. She lives in the USA.

Can I buy her Amazon gift cards for the USA website to avoid transaction and foreign exchange fees? Or any other ways?

I see that Revolut is better than PayPal but she CBF to sign up for revolut 😆

Should be able to. Pay in USD using a card with no foreign transaction fees.
