Major issues with this seller.
Ive always shopped in store, and not had any issues with this seller.
A YMMV scenario, it would seem.
Many of the concerns are from online purchases
ProductReview feedback (Sudden rush of 5 star reviews from one post wonders makes me more inclined to stay away but make of that what you will)
81 pages of Whirlpool feedback
YMMV it would seem
I have heard this but shopping in store no issues
Had a few of these just outright fail. Just no more bios detection. Its only 2 or 3 out of like a dozen, but i dont need the headache.
lol this sounds like kingston
to me this single anecdote says a lot but 2/3 dropouts out of 12 is a damn savage mbtf
bad luck, i have 3 of these and no issues haha
You need 4 to 6 of these to have 1 fail according to his failure rate. You just lucked out you stopped at 3 ;)
FYI if you buy in-store, no surcharge for credit card
I'd just get the cheaper Lexar ARES SSD, which is a rebadged Lexar NM790 with a different name made for the China market. It's a mid tier drive according to https://ssd.borecraft.com/SSD_Buying_Guide_List.pdf
The NV2 is entry level.
