Hi OzBargainers,
I'm helping out a friend who is currently overseas (in Europe) and is travelling to the US/Canada on Jan. 2nd. I recently got a UK/EU eSIM with Calls & Data from Simify for $75, and can get one for USA/Canada/Mexico for $89 (although this doesn't come with calls). I've also seen similar from King Sims for $89.99AUD with an additional 25-30% off for Boxing Day / Subscribing. However, when I searched deals/posts for King Sims, they appear to be banned from OzBargain. I'd be interested if anyone has had any dealings (good/bad) with King Sims and if they were charged in $AUD or $USD that was then converted to $AUD (trying to avoid any hidden currency conversion fees/charges).
TIA and a Happy New Year

Depends on what you want, but i've always used esimdb to compare esim companies.
Canada & USA - 10GB/30Days - $29.60 AUD
https://esimdb.com/canada/esim4travelUS CA UK AU NZ 10 GB / 30 Days - $32.17 AUD
US CA UK AU NZ 20 GB / 30 Days - $43.87 AUD
US CA UK AU NZ 35 GB / 365 Days - $58.50 AUD
https://esimdb.com/canada/mobimatterI personally used the $58 mobimatter plan in May for UK and Canada, worked perfectly.
3 months free and unlimited calls, text, data on T Mobile should still work https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/722988
Suppose it's US only
Never heard of them, but I used TravelKon when I was in the US in October. Had unlimited calls/text using T-Mobile, was $67 for an eSIM
