I’m wondering if anyone has booked activities through Pelago that included transfers to the activity? A few older reviews from 2022 say that nobody picked them up and Pelago wouldn’t do anything to help.
I'm looking at booking Andamanda water park in Phuket which is $5 cheaper with Pelago Singapore Airlines code than Klook. Contemplating whether it’s worth paying the extra $5 for piece of mind.

I've tried to book a few things unsuccessfully with Pelago. Booked then they canceled, tried to book and website error meant I couldn't pay. The business seems a real mess, I won't try again, I have little confidence in them.

Aren't transfers normally provided by the activity providers? So as long as the activity provider confirms your booking and acknowledges that they're supposed to pick you up, who you book it with isn't relevant. Hence the real question is if they do indeed make the booking for you. Why not book it with a CC, & confirm with the activity provider directly in a few days? If they haven't received/ confirmed the booking, you can follow up with Palego and/ or initiate a charge back (& book elsewhere).
Never had any issues with Pelago. Have used them multiple times in Singapore & Australia. Customer Service has always been great & gets back to you within a few hours for date changes etc.
