Based on my reading, unclear whether the $20 cap is per transaction or per account.

      100%. ShopBack have been an absolute pain to deal with previously. Similar to countless other people, I had an order which failed to track, so I put in a request for missing cash back. After waiting 3 months, they rejected it with the reason “it failed to track”. Most likely rejected as I’d reached the cap for the deal.

        Recieved cashrewards tracking email within couple of minutes.

        Yet to recieve Shop back :(
