Seems like a good product and company. Unlike some other supplement companies they actually tell you what is in their supplement and the ingredients list seems to contain things that actually have some scientific evidence for working.

  Got a report from Citadel:

  We've recently amended our International sample policy and charge $5.00 which only covers the cost of shipping. We'd LOVE to send out free samples Internationally but USPS was charging us anywhere from 5-7 dollars and it was no longer feasible.
