As spotted from the upcoming catalogue that arrived in my letterbox today

Great deals from ALDI. Brought all everything listed previously and they all work a treat.

The sugar can mulch is slightly cheaper than the Bunnings equivalent by $0.04 per M².

The brass hose connector and splitters work wonders, I brought both he Aldi and Bunnings equivalent a few years back and the Bunnings one broke at the plastic tap connection just 2 months after normal use as opposed to the ALDI one which I still have to this day. Besides, the ALDI model is more than $10 cheaper than the Bunnings one, and has the hose connections pre-fitted.

  Instead of the hose splitter, I changed my garden taps for these, which are much more practical in my opinion.

  Are brass hose connectors any better than the plastic ones? I tried to look for some before at Bunnings and I found that the claws are still made of plastic. I thought that the claws were the things that age and lost their grip on the hose and caused leaks.
