      Same issue using the above link. It works if you log into Epic Games from their home page and navigate to the game manually in the store.

  Amazon Games also has Aground free from Epic games store.

    Looks like Aground is Amazon Games app. Kombinera is through the Epic Games Store, along with Black Widow, Caverns of Mars, and Deathloop,

    You need to download and install the Epic Games Launcher, log in and then download the game through the launcher
