    The easiest thing to do is do some stuff with Processing. http://www.arduino.cc/playground/interfacing/processing

    The first project would be make some LEDs flash. Then you could use some of the other sensors or digital displays. The joystick seems interesting.

  tulkn is right. I have a half mind to neg this deal because I think the description and title were written in a way to make you think its a real Arduino. WARNING: Do not buy this thinking its a genuine Arduino. It is "Arduino Compatible".

  If you look at the pictures, although the vendor says Arduino Compatible, that is an actual Arduino Uno. It's not a non-Arduino.

  The price of Arduino compatible board alone is around $24, so along with all those extras it seems to be the best price I've seen. I think it might be good to compare it to https://www.sparkfun.com/products/11227? that's $94
