Maybe your method is causing it to not track? I made 2 orders on sat for the last 20% and both tracked in less than 1 hour.
This is the method i use and have had a purchase not track this way. Turn off VPN and/or ad blockers. Make sure you dont have anything in your cart when logged in. Clear cookies/history. Go to cashback site and straight onto Myer/purchasing website and complete order without clicking anywhere else. Not applicable to Myer but if the site asks you to allow cookies, allow it or it doesnt track.
Screen record it if it is high value cashback so you have evidence to show it wasnt your method if it doesnt track or gets denied.
I don't use VPN or Ad Blocker! Never had any issues with Myer / Shopback before but last time I did and so did few others.
Anyone tried using gift card for partial payment and didn’t get cashback denied? I got $10 birthday voucher which is expiring soon, not sure if cashback will get tracked

here is a trick, order something with the voucher and return it/don't collect it. The refund would be in Myer e-gift cards with a 3 year expiry.

I have put a lego order through at 11:59pm and cashback didnt track at 20% but instead at a much lower percentage. Does anyone have similar experience? Thanks
That happens a lot, especially with ebay. You need to complete it at least 5 min before to be sure as it can take a few minutes to track.
You can try contacting support to get them to manually amend the tracking amount as long as the email confirmation is before 12am. May also depend on when shopback set it to finish as sometimes it can finish at 11:59pm.
