No deal,
It's always been $6 at Amazon
Dear people negging this comment, why are you voting this comment down?
It's a valid reason.
Why can't you handle negative votes?
It's so wrong that to neg a deal you need to give a reason, but to neg a comment (and have the deal neg revoked) no justification is required.
Hard to say if that's even true when the camels haven't scanned it in over a year.
bought it a few months ago at $6,
the RRP price of it at Decathlon has always been $6
From where?
the RRP price of it at Decathlon has always been $6
@RSmith: So not from Amazon?
It's always been $6 at Amazon
@HomeAlone: Amazon, in June.
@impoze: Interesting that it was good enough of a deal for you to buy back then, but now it's worth a neg :)
was good enough of a deal for you to buy back then, but now it's worth a neg
I buy milk at full price because I need milk. Yet if someone posted the full price milk on a bargain site I would neg the post because it isn’t a deal despite me having brought it.
It's a valid reason.
It's not. It may have been that price for some time, but it is still a deal if it hasn't been posted before.
It's also not clear if it has really been that price.
The negs becon not to your feeble plea
$6 backpack Has been $2 before
Not really a bargain then.
I actually bought 3 for $6 total back in 2020. The kids have got a lot of use out of them and still going strong. Worth it even at $6 each, imo. They are very small though so definitely better suited for kids.
Free delivery makes it a bargain
you have to have prime, and that would make any RRP listing on Amazon a deal
Yep that's correct. People post RRP Kmart things and they are perceived and upvoted to be bargains without free delivery
how quickly this item goes to garbage dump ?
Quality doesn’t look good. Does anyone recommend it?
I have one. It's very light and thin. It is small. For $2/6 it's worth it if you know you're only going to be 3-4 things in it, or use as a bag for exercise. I'd still spend more on a larger/stronger bag though.
Good for kids under 8
In addition to above, the straps and fabric material are bare minimum with little effective cushioning support in the back and shoulder areas.
I would not use this for day hikes.
On the flip side, you will not find any comfortable hiking backpacks anywhere near this price range.
For kids use, soft items or light use storage it may be the ticket for those on a low budget.
This is the same size with an external drinkbottle net, i think it's worth the $15. Great bag i use it all the time.
