- Booking must be made before 20 January 2009
- Travel must occur between 20 October 2008 and 30 June 2009
- Extensions are not permitted on the booking date or travel date
- Limit one voucher per trip
- The voucher excludes the following
- Intrepid Challenges, Independent and Urban Adventures
- International or domestic flights, airport taxes, travel insurance, optional activities outside the brochure itinerary
- The local payment for each traveller
- Bookings can be made by phone, online or at an Intrepid retail store by quoting promotion 2572 at time of booking
- Discount applies to new bookings only and cannot be applied to existing bookings
- Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers
- Subject to availability and confirmation by Intrepid at time of booking
