    Based on a quick read of a few scientific papers, the most legitimate claims that can be made are it's antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and hepatoprotective(liver-protecting) properties.

    • It's a 60 v 120 pack? They both have the same ARTG number listed on the label
      Weirdly, there are "TQ+" versions with their own ARTG number

  • Had black seed oil in liquid form in the past, drank it for months never noticed anything different to how I normally function
