I couldn't find anything about this on the website but this catalogue I received today clearly shows 2012 home guernseys for St Kilda, Carlton, Richmond and Geelong.
It says selected teams only so maybe call before you go.

Nike Outlet at Sth Wharf in Melb normally has a rack of Carlton stuff very cheap. Havent checked for a while but probably even cheaper in off season. I saw some other teams tops in the Puma and Adidas shops next door but assumed anybody stupid enough to follow another team wouldnt post on ozbargain…..;)
