Already been confirmed. Someone in Malaysia I believe, received a 32GB model after ordering the 16GB from the Play store and took a whole bunch of video on it, so it seems they're around the corner.

Would it be price competitive to Nexus 7? I have to say that when the original iPad came out it was surprisingly competitive. However that was breaking into a new market, but now cheap 7" tab are everywhere…
