How Long to Wait for Dispatch from Black Friday Sales

I took advantage of this recent Black Friday deal: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/815570
Paid via Paypal, invoice received from Good Guys but when I attempt to track my order the status is:

"Your product is on order however is taking longer than we anticipated. We expect it will arrive soon however if youd prefer to speak to us about an alternative please click Update my Order below."

Clicking that button asks:

"Please confirm you would like us to call you in the next few days about your order"

I'm reluctant to start that process because I think they will just refund a great deal as the item can no longer be found on their site. I suspect they oversold it and I'm hoping others will back down first and I'll get mine. Anyone else still waiting for dispatch?
