Microsoft VX-5000 webcam

Hi guys,

i'm in the market of buying cheap webcam for my friend's internet cafe, i come across Microsoft VX-5000 webcam from mwave.com.au which is $9.99 what do you think of this VX-5000 quality compare to logitech one around similar price range? or perhaps different model from microsoft. i'm not really familiar with this webcam stuff.
