I got it with the fabric strap but I won't use the free fabric strap. I bought the D-buckle strap with the Samsung 5 watch so I'll just use that on the 6.
So sad, as some of us ordering later missed the fabric band. I actually didn't even realized I missed it, until I read all the comment here and double checking my order confirmation email :(
May as well sell it and get something for it then

@CodeXD: no need to generate trade id if just checking if headphone options is there. its just the very first stage i think, select device, etc.
@CodeXD: All me? I'm not buying anything so dont need to apply for another trade in. It still worked weeks back when people first mentioned it had been removed so I guess they updated the backend sometime later, maybe because they realised people were still trading headphones in despite not being on the latest app.

I ordered the Bluetooth version yesterday and the item in cart (and my order email) specifically says

When I tested the LTE it doesn't specify that it is body only, so I assumed it will also come with standard band and adding the code means you get bonus sport band.

Mine says on the way too, also only cost $88 with trade in which is crazy good. I chose pickup at a Samsung store as I need to head into the city this week anyway for other things, wonder if I can drop the old one for trade in to Asurion with them? I also sent an email to store support about getting the free fabric band when they're back in stock, they haven't yet confirmed, only asked for more details
Asurion suck, but at least it's only $50 they've taken this time and not hundreds or even thousands for a phone trade in that they take over a month to return to you

mine is a gift - does the packaging have any obvious brand identification or suggest the content? I'd assume not (given the value), but just want to make sure!
Mine came in a plastic bag with a plain white bubble wrapped bag inside it. Inside the white bubble wrap envelope bag was the box for the watch. No pricing info on the box etc.

Oh wow that sucks. Hopefully they send you one. It's not the best to be honest but better to have a strap than none at all I guess. I'll be looking at grabbing some 3rd party ones.
That sucks, mine never added it to the cart during checkout and Samsung support have said:
"Please be advised that once the order is placed, we can no longer make any amendments to it. In addition, sending the band is not possible; it must be added manually to your order during placing the order. As a friendly reminder, kindly review your order to avoid any issues in the future"
So basically "screw you we're not sending you one even though it was advertised as such and it was your fault". Would be really annoyed if I didn't have the extra 20% voucher and trade in and gotten it so cheap

Someone said there's a box INSIDE the galaxy watch box that contains the fabric strap. Mine just came but I'm not sure about keeping/using it but it also only came as 1 box for the watch, no extra box for the fabric strap that I was expecting separately…
My order did have the strap listed $0 as an extra item so it wasn't missing on my order like some others were.
Edit - watched a youtube video, bespoke unboxing video have a fabric strap in a sep box altogether, the galaxy watch itself came with a rubber strap inside…
The video you watched was probably for a different bundle where you got 2 straps. This deal was only for 1 fabric strap so cant expect the same.

What did Samsung say?
they will say bad luck, return if you want and we will refund.
They said the slim band is limited, according to Samsung there's a disclaimer during checkout saying, if the slim band has run out of stock, do not proceed. If the user still proceed, there is nothing they can do.
@GeneralKeen: there was no such disclaimer for the BT, they added on checkout in red sentence next day on the LTE deals

I got a notification that my LTE watch order from the 2nd wave (pink band) - which also came with a free strap - that just the strap has shipped, and the watch is still processing.
