Can anyone shed some light on how to fix my situation?
I am trying to withdraw my rewards balance.
I do not have my phone number set up and linked so i am unable to withdraw without setting up my phone number.
when i try to add my phone number, it's telling me i got to check my email first. the issue is i no longer have access to that email address.
i am also unable to change my email address on the website..
so.
I can't withdraw, i can't add phone number, i can't change my email because i don't have access to this email anymore.
another issue is that i tried contacting cashrewards while logged into my account but the thing is.. i cannot change the email address so i can't even read their response when asking them for help.
can anyone help. does anyone know what to do? how do i get in touch with cashrewards to try change my email address?
