    No, dash cams usually use micro SD cards to store video, not this type of USB flash drives.

  For me I'd rather pay a bit extra for the Samsung BAR plus drives due to better specs - but this is not a bad price for the size
  I've also had some Sandisk drives in the past that have got very hot after a transfer (when you would typically remove it), but YMMV
