      The advertised distance is at optional conditions, flat, low speed etc. I got a few hills and slopes on my commute which hammers the battery.

      I just did a trip to the city and back. Approx 12km and 30% battery left

      No. I got mine refurbished for under $400 with new battery. For that price well worth it
