has someone used it for long periods like 12 months or so. is it really helpful as a product for massages?

Nothing beats an Asian massage shop around the corner with flashing lights.

    • Ours died after a year with very light use. Liked it while it lasted but unsure about reliability.

      • Yes our died too. Not sure it was really light use, but certainly used it within expected scope of use. Very disappointed when it fail just out of warranty. Target have a discounted version for $49.

    • I have this one - https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B08737HD3S - no idea what the difference is between the million versions. I've had it since April.

It's really hard to get it in the right spot. Sometimes it'll work really well, most of the time it's just kinda relaxing (which is nice by itself). Works great on my legs and lower back more than neck/shoulders. 15 minute time limit feels a bit short if you do too much at once, it's a focus on a single location only thing and do it for multiple days and it makes a difference.

Obviously nothing like a physio, but it helps to just relax and keep things better between physio visits (or, if you're like me, keep from pain while not going to the physio at all anymore because it costs too much).

    • Goes ok but can do more harm than good sometimes I think.
