haven't checked the other elgato stuff but their might be more. nah I changed my search terms from "elgato light" to "elgato" and it only shows the ringlight.
What is the main difference with those cheap one from Kmart?

Ability to control wirelessly
Level of control over brightness and colour
Quality of diffusion
Durability in general
Likelihood of being bothered to do a warranty claim if/when it stops working
Those things won't be important to everyone, but they will be to some.
one thing you forgot was Elgato uses OSRAM LED's in their lights.
in LED circles OSRAM LED's are known as a big step up in terms of longevity. they last way way longer than other manufactured LED's but you always pay a premium for them.
I recently bought a torch off Amazon that uses an OSRAM LED. so it can properly handle the high temperature's in max mode and I use it in half mode most of the time so confident it will last in the long run.
Do these even have a high CRI rating?
And I got my cheap 16cm fill light from AliExpress for $2.08
