I'm still waiting for my RMA item (Sandisk 64GB USB3) from you guys for 3 weeks already and I have to pay for the RMA postage as well. So far I have paid for $70+ dollars for nothing but waiting! >:(

It take 1-2 working day to dispatch from Sydney, arrive Brisbane in around 2-3 working day after Dispatch

As it is a DOA (dead on arrival), I thought is it more appropriate to send back to them to get another one.
Also the item was shipped from Sydney and I retuned it within Sydney area, I never expected that will take so long to process.
