Issue with Latitude Mastercard and Netflix

I received/activated my replacement Latitude mastercard as my current one is expiring in Dec. Made a few purchases online so no issues. The replacement card has the same 16 digit number as the expiring one. The difference will be expiry and CVV. I have been using the expiring card to pay for monthly Netflix (Turkey) so no problems there.
Today I trtied to update the payment method (with new expiry and CVV) but is giving me this error "There appears to be a problem with the payment method you are trying to use". I tried to add a new payment method using details from the replacement card with same error message.
I jumped on the online chat and the rep raised a pop-up form but that failed too.
Anyone facing same issue?
