    Cheers OP, came to order the blender and saw OOS. Decided to try my luck with all the Barbie gear, and if they do honour it thought I can donate it to those charities for less fortunate kids to get a xmas pressie. Hope Kmart doesn't cancel.

              I am 100% sure even bigger brands would have cancelled it forget kmart…
              I was just not happy about the rules that seller do not have to respect it though they have taken an order, in general…
              It happens a lot in airlines tickets, many are misusing it maybe (may not be in this case)
              There has been legal cases as well in Australia (google) where sellers have won…so was just referring to that…
