Forget glass. I've become a fan of hydrogel screen protectors. A buck each on Aliexpress..
They are the closest you can get to feeling no protector at all, and it can be hard to tell that it isn't a naked phone.
They are a very thin and soft flexible film, way better than the old plastic film protectors, but still only for scratches.Definitely get a few of them, because they can be a little tricky to apply the first time, and the edges can lift after a while. And if it feels a little sticky at first, give it a few days to become slick.
I kinda want my glass protector to smash, so I can justify installing one of these instead
Hydrogel/film screen protectors are great. I had one installed on my P6P professionally (as I suck at screen protector installation) and yes it did lift at times, but it's still on to this very day.
I picked up this pack easy installation and it's been great.
