Excellent value for money in my personal opinion. If you factor in EB and JB's price for FIFA, controller, and LBP separately, the PS3 comes to about $200 or $220. My one just came in the mail today and it's surprisingly small but sturdy, a bit of a dust magnet though. Express shipping is around $4 for those that don't wish to go to the store.

I saw that the costco deal was popular so figured this is somewhat decent for non-costco members. You can always just trade in the controller and LBP towards a new game at any other store ;)

There's also the same deal with Borderlands 2 instead of Fifa 13, but Fifa 13 is better value for money as you can pick up BL2 for $69 from JB.

    If you're not into FIFA, you can sell it back to EB; they're running a 40% extra value for new release games, which will bring the price of the bundle (500GB PS3, 2 controllers, LBP) to about $350 or possibly less.

    You can also choose any of the new sony 'essentials' games instead of LBP.

    Can you trade in the extra controller and the games back to them? How much can you get if you trade it back?? I just want the ps3 and a controller.

    It's actually any "essentials" title, and Fifa (or Borderlands 2).
    Also the extra controller is seperate and you can choose which colour, which is nice.
    Edit: Whoops, didn't see Chewman already said the thing about the Essentials title.

        Its better if you buy the package for 399 and trade Fifa in for 34$ plus the 40% extra which they currently offered. So 399-47=352. Furthermore you can sell the extra controller and the essential game for atleast 50$ on Gumtree or eBay. As a result a 500gig ps3 and a controller can be had for 50$ less..

        PS.. EB doesn't give out cash so 47$ ebgames credit only..
