Saw these on special this week in Ringwood Costco for $9.97 for two. Normally they're around $40 so suspect might be on clearance. I had bought them about 12 months when they were $20.
They work as bright light (5 modes), a usb power bank as well, speakers (not the best), has a carbiner style hook so you can latch it on things, has magnetic mount, also a screw mount too.

Overall if you consider it's $5 a piece for a torch or powerbank it's a bargain!

  I have 2 of these and they are bright but also don't last long. One of the two seems to go flat every time I go to use it (after a month or two)

    You can probably open it up and change the cells yourself - case looks screwed, not glued

  I have it and can confirm the light is quite bright but the battery it rubbish, do not last long enough to do anything. Never use the speaker though
