The order is returning to US due to undeliverable to a business address over the weekend. I have set up the correct delivery instructions. It looks like a very poor service. What'll happen next?
When I ordered It, I find the order handled by Amazon US cannot be delivered to a parcel collection point. It seems using a different delivery system, probably DHL?
I remember not possible to select. Actually, I think the parcel may be damaged. There's no delivery attempt in the tracking.
Parcel Locker is only for orders handled by Amazon AU.
Usually, if it cannot be delivered, they keep it in the warehouse for a few days and give you the option to pick it up before sending it back with DHL/Auspost.
Something doesn't add up here, you should contact Amazon support.
Why didnt you just use an Amazon parcel locker?
