I got the Photoshop deal in TL earlier in the year and just looked at the renewal. It is saying LL534,720/yr.

Do we think they are using the , for a . or are they really tring to charge $26K?

For example, if you choose Turkish - Türkçe, the thousands separator is a dot and decimal separator is a comma.
