  • Decent month. Kind of looking forward to Powerwash Sims lol

    • +1

Haha its a great little game for wasting time

    • +9

I bought a Bosch pressure cleaner because of Powerwash Sim.

Amazed how accurate Bosch got it compared to the game.

    • Powerwash is great, played it through on PC before the DLC, excited to buy the DLC on PS

  • How do we get our lego collectable?

  • +8

    why does sony hate us.

    • -2

Remember when the free games had to have a minimum metacritic rating? I think it was 90% or something

      • +8

You vastly overestimate the amount of games with that score if you think that was ever true.

        • +1

There was something about “highly rated games each month” or am I remembering it wrong?

Actually I think it was when there was a slowly changing set of games rather than free monthly

      • +1

Used to be 75% back in PS3 era if memory serves me well. they dropped that in ps4

        • +2

Thanks for confirming I wasn’t completely crazy!

    • -1

They're giving you Powerwash Simulator, that's a gesture of love. I'm not even kidding, it's an oddly great game haha.

  • +6

    ASS

    • -1

Unsubscribe if you expect new releases.

      • +6

You can, because then you can't play multiplayer. If they allowed you to access multiplayer without paying then nobody would buy this junk ps plus

        • -3

Again another person acting like Sony has a gun to your head making you do something you don’t want to.

          • +2

@9674784: Again another person defending anything Sony does

          • +1

@9674784: Tell me something…..how many people you reckon would sign up for PS Plus if it wasn't a requirement to access multiplayer? I'm going to take a guess that it would be at best 20% of the current subscriber count……and that's being generous.

    • +1

      But i love ass…

  • +1

    ooooo Lego 2k :D

  • +3

Merry Christmas to you too Sony!

  • -3

So question how is this a bargain or deal??

    • +3

hopefully to help some people making decision to buy these games or not since they will be added next week

  • +1

Question for the brain trust - if you cancel your PS+ subscription, does Sony ever come back with a deal to resubscribe.

    • Yes I just resubscribed with their black friday discount.

      • -3

BF deal isn’t for resubscribers, open to everyone though

        • +2

It was. I had cancelled my ps plus, then they offered me 30% off to remain on deluxe. Others had same experience

    • I mean apart from that - my sub ends Dec 11 so its out of the BF window

      • Days of play has had a deal for currently unsubbed people IIRC.

Generally have just been using the black friday offers to keep it rolling though so always miss it as an active sub.

    • I've been unsubscribed for about a year and haven't received any personal deals. So don't think they do.

  • Was going to buy lego 2k drive for my (5 yr old) son for xmas/b'day but reviews weren't great, mainly regarding in game purchases, but happy to get it for "free".

    • +1

      free pressie then!

  • +1

Should have realised 2K Drive was coming to PS+ when I saw it drop to $28 and grabbed it during Black Friday sales. Bugger!

    • +1

I got hot wheels unleashed 2 instead, so that will probably be next lol

  • +1

I have recently purchased a PS5, what are my best options for PS+ subs? Discounted cards or is there a current VPN method?

    • Why didn't you buy on the last friday? That's the best option you can get. VPN method is nearly impossible now/

      • I haven't yet connected and set it up.

      • I'm in the same boat. Santa hasn't brought the PS5 yet! But I want to get ahead and get ready to subscribe.
Also is it worth going up to Deluxe sub?
From the confusing website it looks like there's plenty to choose from with Extra and Deluxe only adds a bunch of classic games + ability to play on PC (which I don't need).

        • It wasn't for me - there's a lot in Extra already. Deluxe is not much extra but still $30 on annual sub for Ubisoft+ Classics and PS2 games. The most interesting part of deluxe is the remote play access but that's not in AU.

          It's a shame you missed the PS+ sales. :'(

    • Your best options depend on your situation.

Do you have a person that is close enough to you to share accounts with and halve to cost of PS+? If so, that's your best option.

If not, probably best to buy it at full cost in AUD.

    • Yep, I'm also after any PS+ Sub Discounts, as I just bought my PS5 during Black Friday sales and have only just found out about needing a PS+ Subscription to play Online Multiplayer in GT7. Anybody know of any Discount Codes? Cheers in advance :)

  • +2

No one is mentioning sable :( that game looks amazing, been wanting to play it for years

    • +3

I bought it in a sale a few months back. Found it a little disappointing. The art is very pretty to look at, but the game itself is very by-the-numbers open world stuff. I didn't bother finishing it.

    • It is awesome, a really special, memorable game, hard to describe the feeling it gave me playing it, an absolute gem.

  • +7

Still amazes me how little you learn about a game from PSN store.

You need to google the crap out of it to even tell if you'd be interested. Because even the basic info like multiplayer options is vague.

You have no idea what PowerWash Simulator is about, but you're curious, so you go to the store and feel like it's 26 years ago (!) when the first dualshock came out and you'd be excited to know whether a game has "Vibration function supported" mark. Sighs

    • +2

Call me crazy but sounds to me like Powerwash Simulator is about powerwashing simulation

      • +1

        Its nothing but Karcher adware.

        • Is it only Karcher? Or does it have a range of different pressure washers? I've got this grand vision of my head of something like Gran Turismo for pressure washers… hundreds of licenced machines from various manufacturers… tuning, customisation, etc.

      • Yeah, but it's the same for every game.

And my point is that Sony has been so backward with their standard/irrelevant feature advertising. I'm a PS4 user waiting for that cool and sweet console to stop working so I can get myself some other non-Sony machine.

  • Thanks op, saved me $16 not having to buy Lego 2k drive. 👍

    • Where is it $16?

      • Sorry meant $18.

It’s $28 on EB games on eBay. There was a $10 off code for eBay plus members last month.

  • Can you still play these games after sub ends?

    • +2

nope, it has to be active but they will be still playable when you re-subscribe as long as you add them into your library.

  • Had PowerWash Simulator on my list for a while, so happy about that one.

Already got Sable. Nice looking but very bland gameplay. Meh.

Never even heard of the lego one. From what I can see it sounds like a microtransaction fest, so will probably give it a miss.

  • +3

Powerwash sim is way more fun than it has any business being.

  • +1

You can't ask more than 3 games with average metacritic scores of 76, 73, 75.

That's pretty much what the service is for, saving you buying the good not great games.

  • -1

    😨%🥵%🤬

  • Lego 2K is good. Driving around the open world looking for everything made for a relaxing time. I didn't have to spend one extra cent on it through microtransactions.

  • +1

All 3 looks good. Well done PSN

  • powerwash simulator has a 97% rating on Steam

  • Sable is fantastic!

  • Anyone get the back to the future power wash add on?
