Anyone Built a Liveable Shed

Hi guys, has anyone built a liveable shed lately and how was your experience?

I've just started the process here in South Australia, getting quotes for the materials etc and a rough plan drawn up with the company. (Shedsnhomes)

If you have done this, how was your experience? Would you do it again? And if you don't mind, how much budget did you allocate for plumbing/interior lining/electrical? I know it varies depending on size etc, but I need help getting rough numbers in my head :)

  Out of interest, what are you getting the shed company to do? They handling the footings and erecting the shed? Lining?

  Reason I ask, I'm in a similar situation. Next 6 months to a year got to work out what to put on the block…

    they only erect the shed, but they organise concrete and council.

    everything else is on me, and it seems most companies I've looked at are the very same.

    hence im clueless on what everything else costs, haha still waiting for a few quotes to come back at this stage,

    in my head im thinking 30k for each ie; plumber/electrical/interior fitout should atleast be enough and a start (inc materials and labour)
