Setting one up, including setting up the specific mode of '2FA' that they require will take you about an hour, and require that you divulge/trust them with a bunch of personal info/details/ID. That is before you even do the little 'course'. Ergo, if your time is worth more than about $5 an hour, you will lose 'money'(time) on this 'deal'.

Yeah, that's a standard KYC… All crypto exchanges are required to do it.
