Nice, I put the sweetest cola I can get + lots of ice + sugar syrup, so I can't tell a difference if it's 250$ or 25$ whiskey.

Balvenie is better. I personally don't enjoy dalwhinnie, has a very generic scotch taste.

That's why I like dalwhinnie. Nice and smooth with no other flavours. A d yea I like slightly peaty as well so not all this.
Double wood will taste Oakey similar to bourbon casked, so not sure what op will actually like.
