Recommend a Touchscreen Laptop for High School (Refurbs Okay) - Budget $600

Suggestions please for a small Windows touchscreen laptop.

Preferred specs below. Budget $600 (Refurb suggestions are okay) General suggestions for good refurb sellers also welcome.

Ryzen 5 or Intel i5
12"-13.5″ FHD 1080p touchscreen
16GB+ RAM
256GB+ SSD
Very good Battery Life
USB-C (can be fast charged via USB-C powerbank)
Durable
Windows 10 pro
Quiet
12 month warranty

Cannot be a Mac or Chromebook. Will be used for High school & will be going in a school bag (needs to be small)

    Great suggestion, thanks! My only concern is the size of a 14'' laptop in a school bag but for that price I think we'll give it a go. I have eBay plus so I presume I could return it if it's too big or heavy?

  A $600 brand new laptop isn't going to have those specs you demand, you'd be looking at some pretty heavy compromises with CPU, display and RAM.

  And you definitely won't get Windows 10 Pro unless it's a ex-business / corporate machine.

  For used or refurb devices with 13 inch displays, maybe try checking out

  Dell Latitude 5310 2-in-1. i7-10610U / Win11 Pro / 16GB RAM
  1 year warranty.

  10th Generation Intel processor so it will be more efficient than Coffee lake (8000-series) $467.22 with eBay Plus code.

  These are business laptops - we use for work.
  I buy these refurbished for personal use as the brand new costs a bomb.
  Good luck - do your homework, check with seller.

    The HP x360 Elitebook x360 looks great too. My only concern is the lack of Thunderbolt. Do you know if you can charge via a USB-C power bank?

      Not sure about charging via powerbank - I have not done any but maybe it also depends on your powerbank type.
      I used to have the G4 for work and it comes with 2 T3, one USB-A, LTE included, one microphone jack, no sd slot, and usb c charger.
      There are others in Ebay - just need to find your comfort zone..
