Does anyone have any suggestions of cheapest way to buy 4x super passes?
I see posts that Costco has had them before but not sure if that is something they always stock. We don't have Costco membership but could find a friend if they sell them.

I've been looking for a decent deal as well (I'm from Perth too and am about to head over). I see there is a black Friday sale on at adrenaline.com.au (10% off). It also offers discounted gift vouchers that can be used to purchase the same tickets. Ends up being about $169 per ticket.
…and don't forget 10% shopback at the moment.
