I can not log in to Spotify even with correct email and password and I can not get a new password as they never send a link to my email to reset the password.
I guess my next option is to call the credit card company and have them stop the credit card charges
Have you emailed their support?
You need a password manager like Bitwarden.
Do you not know your password? Or do you not know your account name/email/whatever?
Have you got any emails from them in the past? Double checked spelling, etc? (Gmail can have unlimited aliases).
If you've no way of actually identifying the account then yes, you'll need to contact your bank. Spotify won't be able to find the account from your credit card number anyway (unless, that is, they store it unencrypted).

I canceled the credit card got no reply from Spotify, I never signed in with anything other than my email and password
You might have signed up via Facebook or Google account, have you tried those login buttons
