  So instead of this waking me up for my 7:00am flight, it wakes me up when it thinks I'm ready?

    you input a time window
    e.g. 5:30am - 6:00am

    It will then wake you at a time between there
    e.g. 5:35am OR 5:40am OR 5:59am etc

    It computes the best time based on the data it has collected whilst monitoring your sleep throughout the night.

      This is a stupid idea. If I have the choice to wake between 6.30 and 7am, I don't need a watch to tell me that waking at 7 is the preferred option.

        Read up on sleep cycles, the theory is if you progress into the next cycle and wake up you will feel like crap whereas if you wake up in between cycles you feel better. Don't know if it's true or not.. I don't have one of these devices to test.

  You can get this in apps on both iOS and android. It involves the use of the accelerometer in your device. You sleep with it on the bed beside you and wakes you at a time that will leave you feeling better. I haven't tried it but it sounds right.
