Does anyone ever get their Cashreward Boost purchases tracked automatically?
I have made several Boost purchases via Cashrewards and have always had to contact them manually because they NEVER get tracked. This is super frustrating because I have not had this experience with other stores. I have never had an issue with AliExpress and it did fail once with Amazon but it was my mistake.
Most recently I had my $40 Cashreward cashback from Boost declined and this was the reponse I received:
I have reviewed your transaction in the store's system and confirmed that cashback has been declined as Cashrewards was not attributed to your purchase. Because of this, we have not received funds from the store to pass on to you.
This would be an acceptable answer but for Boost, I specifically open up a new a Edge Browser and go straight from Cashrewards site to Boost to make my purchase. It still doesn't get tracked. Since I don't see this issue with other stores I am not sure what else to do.
Sorry to anyone reading this as it's become bit of a rant but I am more curious as to if anyone else is experiencing this.
If so, were you able to find a way to make Boost purchase automatically get tracked?
Can't say I've experienced this. I use Edge InPrivate whenever I purchase my boost sims and it gets tracked almost instantly. Are you sure you don't have any other cashback extensions like honey or adblock or 3rd party anti-virus in the background which could affect it?
