I only recently stumbled upon the ozbargain blog (cause i don't usually bother looking at the bottom of web pages), and was thinking maybe moving the shortcut to the top of the page? next to forums tab or something. As there is some very useful/helpful and interesting posts from neil and scotty on there, maybe by posting on the top will increase traffic and more ozbargainers will contribute to the discussion on each post?
Just a suggestion.
top menu = user do-able options.
bottom menu = ozb info.
as currently users can not blog; i doubt that it will be moved to the top.
Yeah that was the intention. Menu items at the top being to the user community part of this website. Blog articles, while interesting and useful, aren't really posted by the community.
We do recommend you to subscribe to the blog RSS though. Some articles will also be re-posted here and linked by our social network accounts.
Blog went quiet for a while and I had not bothered checking again but now I see it has sprung back to life.

Any way to subscribe by email to the blog posts? Or perhaps listed in a forum post?
Blog posts are on RSS feed so you should be able to use your preferred RSS readers or RSS to email aggregators to subscribe to it.
