$100 off all macbooks at myer currently, but haggle will get you 10% at JB or DickSmith.
You likely won't find cheaper unless a freak 15% sale comes along.

If you have access to buying discounted gift cards (eg: entertainment book), then you will get additional 5%, giving ~15% total discount.

If you know anyone that works at Myer I believe they get their discount on top of any sales.

Dick Smith were selling their display models of most of the MacBooks because they got new ones with Mountain Lion on them, if you can still find one you should be able to get a lot more off than usual. They were released in July, so they would have been on display for a couple of months, but the prices are far lower than you usually get.

Regarding the display models, does it means they will be selling for about $990? if not then what price range should we expect?
