Upon leaving a Nintendo family group, when attempting to join another group, an error occurs citing frequent join and leave activities, preventing me from joining. Anyone facing this too and any workaround ?

I had a quick google search and cannot find anyone else in the same scenario. Are you perhaps the administrator of the previous family group? Are you supervisor of a child account?
You can also google search the exact error code/message to see if there is any way to bypass it.

Wow, looks like a super new error that was only introduced this month. They estimate it'll be a week before you can join another one. Good luck man.
Were you able to solve this problem? I bought NSO family and created a family group. Added my son's email but he was unable to join with the same error you mentioned. His account is newly created and never joined a family group.
Quick note, I left another family group not hosted by me before buying the NSO family. Not sure if that caused this.

An exact issue like yours crept with a friend recently.
Their Solution was to contact Nintendo customer support via their site.Nintendo sent an email requiring their switch serial number/ Nintendo account names/ emails/ dob for the users in question as confirmation - and a day later they contact back with the issue resolved from their end.
They asked him to retry joining the group again and it worked.
Thanks, I'll try again. I have read somewhere else to give it a week to try again… I've actually written to their support but have yet to receive any replies unfortunately.
Are you attempting an inner join?
