Here's the one-and-only, classic outfit from Styx's first adventure! Whenever Styx summons a clone, its duration before disappearing is increased.

The Dagger of Akenash
Styx's first dagger. Old yet sturdy, this rusty blade was dragged through miles of infested marshes. This caused it to be covered in all manner of deadly acid. Anyone killed with the Dagger of Akenash will dissolve instantly.
