Free tickets to go see some soccer in Ballarat.

I tested quantities and the max I could get was 4.

Make a day out of it and use the PTV capped fares to travel to Ballarat.

This is different to the existing free tickets for U/16's as this for general admission for adults too.

I'm experiencing issues. Here are the steps I followed:

Selected "Find Ticket."

Clicked on "General Admission."

Chose "Adult 4."

Clicked "Next" and proceeded to "Go to Checkout."

Selected "Non-refundable."

Clicked on "Redeem Ticketek Gift Vouchers."

Pasted the code "UNITED" and clicked "Redeem."

Received the error message: "Invalid Gift Voucher ID. Check your Voucher ID and try again.

  Put the code UNITED in at the start before selecting "Find Tickets", in the box below it where it says "Password" enter it there.
