On the upside of things, I believe this is the first time an OLED Laptop has cost less than $1000, and it's a good $102 less at $898. Also high-res at 2880 x 1800 and 90Hz for smooth response time.
What's the best use-case for an OLED panel? Content consumption, especially watching movies and TV shows. Do you need 16GB of ram for watching movies? No.
If you're in the market for a casual-use laptop, this is a good choice. Much better value for money than low-end Apple rubbish.
