  • I got my "ATV1000" from OO.com.au for $80.00 delivered 4 months ago. Its the same thing.

    I don't recommend this little box to anyone. Its a PITA to operate and does not process MKV's well. Get a proper media player like the WD Live instead.

  • Why are all of these things running Android, which must be a pain in the arse to control on a TV, instead of the closely related Google TV, which is specifically designed for what these things are meant to do?

    • at a guess, android is free and open source. google TV probably requires licensing fees.
