Weather Station or App That Alerts about Local Cloud Cover?

Is there a weather station or weather app that does alerts about local cloud cover?

It would be nice to have a something to wake me up when I go to bed because it is too cloudy for astronomy, but it clears up enough later.

Clouds are driving me and my telescope nuts at the moment.

BOM Weather app gives you 90-/+ live rain forecast which you can look at for cloud coverage.

    Notifications are only for severe weather. Not sure of any other.

    If it's on the internet, you can make something to ping you.
    
    May have issues with web-scraping (site changes) or API changes, but can be done 👍

Weather forecasts for aviation include cloud cover, and I thought it would be hard to integrate those with a system you need, but wow, this is very close!
